Work-study track

What is work-study?

As a perfect way to enhance your company, Excelia Group's programmes offering a work-study track enable companies to benefit from young talent for periods of 12 - 24 months. Often as a student’s first employer, your company, combined with their academic background, will put theory into practice, providing a professional element to their studies. Through this work-study approach, you convey the values, skills and ambitions of your company to future graduates who may turn out to be your key employees of tomorrow.

Why choose to recruit a student on a work-study track? Your company will be able to...

  1. 1. train a future employee for the specific needs of your company
  2. 2. benefit from financial incentives
  3. 3. convey your knowledge and expertise through the various projects that you entrust to the student
  4. 4. benefit from the positive effects on your current teams of an enthusiastic and motivated student
  5. 5. recruit versatile profiles, which are a real asset for diversity
