Associate Dean for Pedagogy and Learning Innovation
At Excelia Business School, pedagogy is grounded in the growing complexity of the economic, social, environmental, and technological challenges facing organizations. It equips students to interpret real-world situations, exercise sound judgment under uncertainty, and take informed decisions and action while accounting for constraints, vulnerabilities, and the long-term implications of those decisions.
Our teaching philosophy brings together understanding, action, and the capacity to adapt over time. It draws on the expertise of professors and on learning approaches that closely connect research, the analysis of real-world situations, and students’ engagement in action.
This approach serves a central purpose: preparing students for lifelong employability through the development of managerial judgment, agility, and the ability to evolve in transforming professional environments. It is also embodied in experiences that confront students with the tensions and responsibilities of the contemporary world, through immersive initiatives such as Humacité© and Climacité©, as well as the Blue Education Experience, dedicated to water-related challenges.
