Biography
Dr Myriam Benabid is an Associate Professor of Management at Excelia Business School. She holds a PhD from Université Paris-Dauphine – Paris Sciences & Lettres, and her work focuses on digital transformation, learning dynamics in hybrid environments, and the evolution of skills in the digital and AI era. Her research has been published in leading journals and edited volumes, including Information Systems Journal (Rank 1) and Transformation digitale de la fonction RH (Dunod, 1st ed. 2019; 2nd ed. 2026).
Before joining Excelia, she served as Director of the Bachelor in Management & IT at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and contributed to the design of the IMT Africa Bachelor in Dakar, a program combining engineering, management, frugal innovation, and digital technologies.
At Excelia, Dr Benabid has held several leadership roles, including Director of the BBA International program, Director of Development Missions, and Director of the Excelia Paris campus. Alongside the Dean, she led the deployment of the institution’s competency hybridization strategy in collaboration with several engineering schools (EPF, EFREI, PST&B, EIGSI, and others), resulting in the creation of joint pathways integrating management, engineering, technology, and the social sciences.
