Biography
With a PhD in Management Sciences, specialising in Human Resources, from the University of Corsica Pasquale Paoli (2022), Dr Mourad Bofala has found fulfilment in higher education and research. After working at the IAE in Tours Val de Loire and then at the IUT in Cergy-Pontoise, he taught project management, agile methods, production management and information systems, while developing applied research collaborations with organisations.
Since September 2025, he has been Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Management at Excelia Business School. His work focuses on gamification as a lever for learning and resilience, playful educational approaches in an organisational context, and issues related to digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
Convinced that educational innovation promotes motivation and success, Dr Bofala uses active and experiential methods, encouraging his students to cultivate autonomy, critical thinking and a love of learning.
