Excelia unveils its 2025-2030 strategic plan

« INTELLIGENCES FOR OUR FUTURES »

After a successful 2020–2025 strategic plan, Excelia is now looking ahead to 2030 with a new roadmap. Entitled “Intelligences for our FutureS,” it reflects the ambition to nurture new and diverse intelligences capable of tackling the major societal, environmental, and technological challenges ahead. It also aims to position Excelia as a leading, multidisciplinary institution serving the public interest, committed to training the future leaders of tomorrow’s world, generating knowledge on sustainability challenges, and supporting businesses.

New Worlds, New Intelligences !plan 2030 excelia

The world has become unpredictable, marked by completely unprecedented phenomena. It is undergoing a rapid transformation in societal, climatic, technological, and geopolitical domains, pushing us into new worlds. To anticipate change and contribute to societal progress, managers must develop new and diverse intelligences. Their forward-thinking approach must be strengthened to ensure optimal responsiveness in the face of these shifts. Their skillset matrix must be redefined, enriched, and prioritized differently. A new category of skills is emerging: “adaptive skills” complementing traditional hard and soft skills. In this context, Excelia’s 2025–2030 strategic plan, “Intelligences for our FutureS,” aims to unite these new and diverse intelligences in service of these new worlds and society, with the ambition:

“To become the benchmark institution, serving the public interest and multidisciplinary in nature, that equips learners to design and implement innovative organizational models that create sustainable value for businesses, regions, and society.”

Three Strategic Directions and a Cross-Cutting Focus on “Ecological and Social Transition”

Excelia’s strategic plan revolves around three key directions:

  • Highlight its unique position as a multidisciplinary institution serving the public interest.
  • Rethink value creation with local and international partners.
  • Reinvent learning to shape tomorrow’s skills in the age of diverse intelligences.
By reaffirming and amplifying Excelia’s commitment to TES (Transition Écologique et Sociale) in service to stakeholders and society, the cross-cutting “Ecological and Social Transition” focus of the 2025–2030 plan aligns with the group’s historical positioning.
