From November 1, 2025, Excelia Business School evolves its academic governance. Professors Valentina Kirova, Amir Hasnaoui, and Miia Chabot join the management team with a shared ambition : to elevate academic excellence and pedagogical innovation to new heights.

 

Three new leaders for a shared academic vision

Valentina Kirova : inspiring and uniting the Faculty

Appointed Associate Dean of Faculty, Valentina Kirova succeeds Valérie Fernandes. A professor of marketing and applied research specialist within the CERIIM – Center for Research in Intelligence and Innovation Management, she will oversee faculty development strategy and academic talent recruitment.

  • Goal : strengthen the cohesion and international visibility of the faculty.

Amir Hasnaoui : ensuring programme quality and impact

Alongside the new Dean of Faculty, Amir Hasnaoui becomes Associate Dean for Programmes and Academic Affairs. His mission : ensure teaching quality and compliance with national and international standards. He will guide programme development to align with students’ and market needs.

  • Excelia thus reaffirms its academic rigor and international recognition.

Miia Chabot : reimagining pedagogy and learning experience

Appointed Associate Dean Pedagogy & Innovative Learning, Miia Chabot will lead pedagogical innovation projects and immersive learning initiatives, including the Blue Education Experience, Excelia’s educational signature.

  • An approach combining ecological transition, engagement, and experiential learning.

Governance and Strategy 2025–2030: a forward-looking business school

These appointments align with the “Business Education for our futureS” strategic plan, central to the “Intelligences for our futureS” project.
