    HR Management

The role of HR is constantly evolving and being re-examined: How are we going to work in tomorrow’s business world? What will the job market be like? What will become of the notion of work? How will it be valued? HR is interdisciplinary: we come across it in our careers during an internship, for recruitment, when signing a job contract, when being paid, when changing role, when working conditions are improved, when seeking CPD, for an evaluation… the role of RH is therefore an essential part of your professional life. It is a role that is more and more international, requiring a certain philosophy: it is often a vocation, you have to be thorough, to accept the risks, to be capable of adapting to a changing environment and, of course, like human interaction.

This specialisation gives you the opportunity to acquire these essential skills so as to ride the expected changes in companies: to reconcile the balance of work, family and health, to develop ethics and sustainable development, to assist in the digital transformation of HR tools, and also to rethink work sharing, professional mobility and career management for future generations.

    Statut National Etudiant-Entrepreneur (SNEE)

The Statut National d'Étudiant-Entrepreneur (National Status of Student- Entrepreneur) enables a student, or a young graduate, who is looking to create their own business, to be accompanied by a PEPITE (a student organisation which supports and guides young entrepreneurs).

SNEE is a status attributed by a panel of judges, which meets three times a year (June, October and January), to students or young graduates who are looking to create, or take over, an activity (a business or association).

Once obtained, it provides students with various advantages:

    • Access to a co-working space
    • Individual support and guidance from a business creation advisor
    • The possibility of substituting a compulsory project for work time on the student’s own project (subject to agreement by the Head of Programme)
    • The possibility of enrolling on the D2E (student entrepreneurship qualification)

    Coach inside

This unique educational tool has been designed to optimise intercultural teamwork and to develop leadership skills. ‘Soft Skills’ (human and relational qualities) cannot be taught as a standard management course. During Year 1, the programme offers a unique teaching method, placing you in teams to work on a real company case study covering 5 different course modules. Each group puts forward their complete analysis along with recommendations in line with the themes being addressed such as Brand Leadership, Multi-channel Marketing, Operations Management or Strategic Management of Organisations. Throughout this team case study project, a coach is on hand to analyse and help you optimise your way of working and your leadership skills, as well as helping you develop ‘Soft Skills’.
