    Biography

    Federica holds a Research Master’s degree from emlyon business school and an International MBA from IAE Lyon. She is scheduled to defend her PhD in Management at emlyon business school in April 2026. Her research focuses on the role of imaginaries in facilitating or inhibiting social and environmental initiatives. She has examined these dynamics in the context of entrepreneurship policies and initiatives implemented in France’s underprivileged neighborhoods (Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville), as well as in relation to the adoption of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives following future-making experimentations.

    Federica teaches entrepreneurship, social innovation, business ethics, CSR, and strategic foresight. Prior to undertaking a PhD, she also accumulated more than ten years of professional experience across a range of roles and industries, particularly as Business Developer for a start-up in the circular economy.
