    Biography

    Guillaume Pernoud, Director of Executive Education and Continuing Learning & Research-Active Faculty at Excelia.

    With 25 years of significant experience in the corporate world, including 15 years as Chief executive Officer, Guillaume Pernoud has an in-depth understanding of general management challenges, particularly in transforming environments.

    In 2007, he co-founded Netexplo, the first global observatory on digital innovation in France, and for over 15 years has supported executives from CAC 40 companies in their digital transformation.
    With strong expertise in organizational transformation—especially in helping managers adapt to technological and sustainability challenges—his doctoral research focuses on the evolution of managerial skills in the context of the digital era. His work highlights a new category of skills: “adaptation skills.”

    Guillaume Pernoud holds a PhD in Management Science from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (2024).
