Gaining the skills required to advise and build a portfolio of individual or professional clients in the insurance sector is the objective of this bespoke training course delivered jointly by Macif and Excelia Business School. The school provides 455 hours of theoretical instruction. This 12-month programme leads to a Level 6 qualification (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) as a Multichannel Customer Adviser in Banking and Insurance, registered with the RNCP. The course is open to candidates with a Level 5 qualification (equivalent to two years of higher education) or those seeking a career change.
A work-study programme focused on insurance sales professions
The theoretical training is supplemented with modules specific to insurance-related professions, delivered by Macif. These modules cover risk management and sector-specific regulations. The course also prepares participants for the CAPA (Professional Competency Certificate in Insurance), which is required to market insurance products. Designed with a strong professional focus, this training pathway is offered as a work-study programme. Throughout the course, participants gain real-world experience at Macif, where they are welcomed within its Apprenticeship Training Centre. Through this initiative, Macif aims to broaden access to training and employment for young people and those undergoing career transitions.
