    The MSc in Healthcare Management– Prevention and Wellbeing is an ambitious and innovative programme, centred around prevention, wellbeing, and improved organisational performance of health practices. The programme aims to educate students to become flexible and versatile managers of Health and Wellbeing Centres capable of responding to the latest health issues of the 21st century and to the need to develop appropriate treatment solutions.


    Through lessons in Designing Experiences and Treatment Programmes, Prevention and Care, Behavioural Sociology, and even Influence Marketing in Health and Wellbeing, this programme combines theory and practice for rapid and operational vocational integration. Lecturers are industry professionals, recognised in their field of activity and keen to share their expertise.


    Our off-site study location in Rochefort

    The entire programme takes place in Rochefort. Our classrooms on these premises are fully-equipped, enabling you to evolve in an environment conducive to creativity.

    • Three types of evaluation:
    • Continuous assessment: 40% of the final mark
    • Throughout the year you will work on group or individual projects which will be marked by your teachers
    • End-of-semester exams: 60% of the final mark
    • These take the form of written or computer-based exams
    • End-of-studies thesis


    Types of lessons:

    You will study the theory and will benefit from tutorials that will allow you to put what you have learned into practice.

    You will participate in a case study which aims to recreate the complex environment and functioning of healthcare establishments. The aim is to involve you in a dynamic learning process, enabling you to gain perspective and refine your understanding of how to manage the development of a healthcare organisation.

    • Management and Leadership in the Health & Wellbeing sector, respecting current legislation and with knowledge of the healthcare and welfare system
    • Prevention and Coordination as regards Recovery and Wellbeing
    • Technical and Sector-specific Administration in Health & Wellbeing

    The teaching Faculty of the MSc in Healthcare Management – Prevention and Wellbeing is made up of industry professionals recognised for their wealth of expertise in their field. Lessons therefore focus on real cases and everyday situations.

  • Your experiences


    • Work-study: 24 months (open to students with 3 years of post-High School education)

    This programme is offered on a work-study track. Once you have successfully completed the Admissions tests, you will be supported in your search for a work-study opportunity via a contrat de professionnalisation (professional training contract), contrat d'apprentissage (apprenticeship contract) or a convention de stage alterné (work-study internship agreement).

    Work-study will provide you with significant professional experience and whichever type of contract you sign with a company, you will receive a salary.  Furthermore, in the case of a contrat de professionnalisation and a contrat d'apprentissage, tuition fees are paid by the host company.


    1 week School-based/3 weeks Company-based


    • Personalised support from a Mentor

    Throughout your studies, you will benefit from personalised support and guidance. The School offers workshops structured around personal development (self-awareness and self-assertion), communication tools (such as CVs and cover letters), understanding the job market, learning about different careers and developing your professional network.

  • What is ‘Work-study’?

    During your studies, this vocationally-oriented Work-study Track offers you the possibility of alternating School-based periods, during which you will learn the theory, with company-based periods, where you will work on projects relating to your programme.

    The School provides you with the necessary assistance in your search for a work-study opportunity. This support helps each student to identify their personal qualities, to highlight their experience (professional, associative, sporting, charitable, international), as well as their academic skills. It is also an opportunity to prepare a LinkedIn profile that companies can consult.


    Work-study in detail

    Contract type: contrat de professionnalisation (professional training contract), contrat d’apprentissage (apprenticeship contract) or a convention de stage alterné (work-study internship agreement).

    Format: 1 week School-based followed by 3 weeks company-based

    Main objective: To combine theoretical knowledge with professional experience

    Securing a contract with a company: The School provides you with the necessary search tools to assist you in your professional project. Once you have successfully completed the Admissions tests, you will have access to the numerous work-study offers available to our students.

    In addition to tuition fees, you need to take into account the following costs:

    • Multiservice charge (see details below)
    • Annual administration costs relating to a double qualification (if applicable)
    • Enrolment fees at a partner university in the case of a double qualification (to be paid directly to the partner institution)


    Multiservice charge

    Fee: €250

    This one-off Multiservice fee gives access to the following services: Multimedia and Internet network, Cyberlibris (online library), Student Identity Card, Reprographics credit, Intranet, e-learning modules, Wi-Fi, Career Centre activities and services, International Insurance-Assistance (for any periods spent abroad during the period covered by this contract), University library, University Medical Service etc.
