Of French-Irish nationality, Caroline O'Neill arrived in La Rochelle in 2013 and, the following year, joined Excelia Business School as an English Language Teacher. In 2016, she returns to university to study towards a bachelor’s degree in teaching. In 2017, she becomes the English Language Teaching Coordinator for all the Group's programmes and, to follow her bachelor’s degree, completes a Masters’ degree in instructional design and adult education.
In 2020, she joins the Excelia Lab team and is promoted to Instructional Designer.
She regularly participates and contributes to conferences - in France and internationally - on the digital transition of teaching & learning, andragogy and the psychology of learning.
