Biography

Originally from Chile, and a graduate of the Autonomous University of Madrid, Loreto Ibañez Castillo joined Excelia Business School in 2014, as a Lecturer as well as working at Excelia Tourism & Hospitality School as Head of International Tourism projects and Humacité© projects.
For a period of 10 years, she had previously worked at the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), initially in a role aimed at improving the competitiveness of the tourism sector, and then as Project Manager of UNWTO.TedQual, the international certification programme.
