Biography

A psychologist and psychoanalyst in Rennes for almost 15 years, Prof. Dominic Drillon obtained his Doctorate in Human Sciences (psychology option) in 1995 and his HDR in Management Science 10 years later (HDR - Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches: qualification authorising research-active Faculty to advise doctoral students or oversee research).

Since 1990, he has been teaching in various higher education establishments and, in 2010, he joined Excelia Business School as a Professor. From 2010 to 2012, Dominic Drillon was Head of the Experimental and Personal Development Department, and then went on to manage Research until 2014. He currently teaches Human Resources Management and Team Management.

Dominic Drillon is one of the founding members of the Institut Psychoanalyse et Management (I.P&M), for which he was Chairman between 2000 and 2010. He remains a member of the I.P&M and is also a member of the Institut International Audit Social (IAS), the Association Francophone de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (AGRH) and the Association pour le Développement de l'Enseignement et de la Recherche sur la Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (ADERSE).
