Biography

Dr Isabelle Baudet holds a Doctorate in Private Law and a DEA in Business Law and Economic Law from the University of Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is a graduate of the Paris Bar School and practiced law in both Paris and La Rochelle for more than 10 years before joining Excelia Business School, where she is an Associate Professor and participates in the activities of the IRSI (Institute for Sustainability through Innovation).

In addition to her work at Excelia, Dr Isabelle Baudet teaches at the IAE La Rochelle University School of Management and leads a club of company managers within the executive network of the Association Progrès du Management (APM).

As an expert in business and corporate law, Dr Isabelle Baudet is the author of two books: a legal guide to sales negotiation (Larcier 2010) and another on corporate law (Ellipses 3rd Ed.).
