Dr. Anthony Miloudi, is a Professor of Finance at the Department of Finance, Accounting, Law and Information Systems at La Rochelle Business School and researcher at the CRIEF (University of Poitiers). He received his Phd in Financial Economics from the University of Rennes in 2002 and his Habilitation for Supervising Doctoral Research from the University of Poitiers in 2011. Dr Miloudi has extensive teaching experience, having taught at the University of Rennes, Supelec Rennes, EDC Paris, CNAM Paris, ESG Paris and Montpellier Business School. His professional experience covers teaching, research and programme administration. His teaching interests have spanned the areas of corporate finance, asset and risk management, international finance for graduate and post graduate students. His research is primarily empirical in nature and covers a broad range of topics in financial economics, including the pricing of financial assets, the capital structure decision for SMEs, some topics on energy economics and the links between financial markets and macro-economics variables. Lecturing and publishing in French and English, he has published papers in the international referred publications in Energy Policy, Applied Economics, Management International…in the field of financial economics. He developed a Master’s Degree on Financial Management and Entrepreneurship programmes for post-graduate students both at EDC Paris and at ISG Paris. His is affiliated to the French Finance Association (AFFI), the French Economic Association (AFSE) and recently to the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM).
