1995: PhD in Human Sciences (psychology option), University of Paris X Nanterre "Motivation, environment and performance" (for top athletes)

Dominic Drillon was also a psychologist and psychoanalyst in Rennes between 1985 and 1999.
One of the founding members of the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Management and the President of this association between 2000 and 2010
Currently a member of IPM, IAS, AGRH, ADERSE
