Pierre Baret is Full Professor of CSR in La Rochelle Business School. He holds a PhD and a HDR (Habilitation to conduct researches). He is Director of the IRSI (Innovation and CSR Institute), head of the “Governance and Sustainable Development” department of CEREGE (EA CNRS), director of the Chair “Accountability, Reporting and Control of the Global Performance” co-director of the Chair “ISO 26000 & CSR”, vice-president of the ADERSE and member of the RIODD (French Scientific Associations on CSR). He has published academic articles on topics related to CSR. He is the editor of several books on CSR and five special issues in referenced academic journals. He is member of the scientific committee of four academic journals and reviewer for many others. He organized 9 academic conferences.
