All our short summer courses in business are taught entirely in English. They include cultural excursions and company visits, where you will discover different business models and meet entrepreneurs.

Fashion, Design and Luxury Industry ManagementThis course focusses on luxury and fashion brands. To fully understand the specificities of the luxury and fashion industry and its management, you will explore the main advances and developments in the various luxury sectors. You will acquire an advanced understanding of the new global dimension of this industry, as well as the socio-cultural and context-related impacts on the branding of products in this sector.
You will have the unique opportunity to enjoy this Summer School course in both La Rochelle, France (8th - 20th July 2019) and Florence, Italy (21st - 26th July 2019).

Web Design and Graphic CommunicationsCourses are taught entirely in English by active industry professionals who are experts in their fields, with a combination of both theory and practice. The aim is to provide you with essential experience and a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of graphic, web & motion design. You will learn to analyse, design and develop a communications project.
Modules include informative case studies to explore the design process and help you to develop your own tools for successful promotion and communications.

French, Culture and GastronomyLa Rochelle has maintained its architectural heritage, making it one of the most picturesque and historically rich cities on the Atlantic coast. It is renowned for its delicious fish and seafood cuisine, and you will discover a wealth of dishes made with sea salt from the Ile de Ré, local mussels and the famous Cognac and Pineau des Charentes! Sightseeing trips will be organised to enable you to experience our extensive history and culture: a tour of La Rochelle city and its Towers, the food market with its local products, 1 entry ticket for the annual ‘Francofolies’ French music festival, oenology & wine tasting workshops, cooking classes, visit to a salt producer, visit to a Cognac and Pineau des Charentes producer etc.
