Excelia Business School has joined forces with ISIT to offer its Bachelor First Year programme (B-One) in the heart of Paris:
39 bis rue d’Assas
Since the start of the 2020-2021 academic year, Excelia has further developed its activities through a partnership with ISIT, a major Business School for Intercultural Management and Communications in Paris. This partnership has enabled Excelia to launch its Bachelor First Year (B-One) in the heart of the capital.
ISIT, which holds the EESPIG label (awarded to not-for-profit establishments contributing to the public service of higher education and research), is a major Business School for Intercultural Management and Communications, based in Paris and Arcueil, educating students to become multilingual professionals working in the fields of marketing, communications, digital technology, legal affairs, translation, etc.
This partnership between ISIT and Excelia is part of a mutual desire to pool complementary skills and areas of expertise.
Assas Campus... combining studies with a rich culturel experience
The ISIT campus is a great place to study, to network and to relax, and is well established in its local area. Entirely renovated in 2019, the historic Paris campus is located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, close to Jardin du Luxembourg. Its central location makes it possible to combine studies with a rich cultural experience. The campus provides its students with particularly attractive work and common areas, and classrooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards.
The French capital is often voted the No. 1 city for students because of its large number of universities and specialist schools, welcoming some 655,000 French and international students, studying across a wide range of sectors.
As a veritable European economic centre, studying in the French capital offers the advantages of easier vocational integration, with a large network of companies.
Vivre sur le campus
The RATP, Paris’ public transport system, offers a multimodal network: metro, bus, tramway, Transilien and RER trains.
- UNIVERSITY RESTAURANTS (RU)
There are several university restaurants within close proximity to the campus:
♦ Cafétéria Portalis - 92 rue d’Assas, 75270 Paris
♦ Cafétéria Cujas - 92 rue d’Assas, 75270 Paris
Every student embarking on studies is confronted with the inevitable challenge of finding a place to live! And it’s not always a simple matter, especially when you don’t know the city and you have a fixed budget.

- CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT
The French capital is often voted the No. 1 city for students, particularly because of the rich student life it offers.
Archaeological crypts, fashion exhibitions, live shows, a journey from ancient Egypt to the Renaissance... in Paris there’s never a dull moment!
The good news is that you won’t have to break the bank either, as many museums are free to EU students under the age of 26. You can explore the Louvre and admire the Mona Lisa, or the art of civilisations from around the world at the Quai Branly museum. On the first Sunday of every month, museums are free, including the Pompidou Centre and the Musée d’Orsay.
The nightlife available in the City of Lights is vibrant thanks to its multicultural environment. With music festivals, performances by musicians from all over the world and even gastronomic events, there is something for everyone!
♦ Billetterie du Centre Culturel du Crous de Paris
This ticket service is open to all students in Ile-de-France (the 8 French departments of the Paris region): university students, BTS students, business school students, preparatory class students, etc. It offers access to a variety of cultural events (operas, concerts, exhibitions, shows, theatre, dance, etc.) at preferential rates!
♦ Cultural competitions
Music, theatre, dance, photography, comic books, short films, short stories... every year, 7 cultural competitions are organised to promote and encourage student talent.
The prizes include up to €2,000 and the chance to live some unique experiences, such as participation in the Avignon Festival, an exhibition at the Angoulême International Comic Book Festival, participation in the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival, etc.
♦ Le pass Culture - Entertainment and culture advantage card
If you are over 18 years old and live in France, you are eligible for le pass Culture: it is a web-application which gives you €300, to be used over a period of 24 months from the year of your 18th birthday for local cultural events and online entertainment offers.
- CLUBS AND ASSOCIATIONS
With a focus on educating students to become socially minded and responsible professionals, ISIT has many dynamic clubs and associations. It is worth noting that there are several associations that defend the values that are important to Excelia, such as Solidar’ISIT, which is dedicated to humanitarian work, Junior ISIT, which helps students develop their professional skills, and Carrières Internationales, which explores the workings and professions of international organisations.
And there is the flagship association the Bureau des Étudiants (student services office), which is responsible for providing a link between students and administration. This association organises the famous integration weekend and numerous activities and events that will help make your student life unforgettable!
Students enrolled at ISIT benefit from preferential rates for the Forest Hill clubs in Paris Ile de France, where they can enjoy various sports and fitness activities.
